电缆桥架、立柱是电缆桥架安装的两大主要部件,在桥架施工中首先焊接的是立柱,立柱需要确定其长度、走向及焊接位置,立柱布置完成后,整个桥架的走向就已成雏形,在电缆桥架的安装中可以根据桥架的连通情况根据施工规范增加立柱。其次是电缆桥架安装,需确定电缆桥架的层数、间距、电缆桥架的规格及桥架的连通形式。同时在冶金工程建设中,电缆桥架施工可分为电气室部分、电缆隧道部分,电气室电缆桥架的布局相对比较复杂一点,因为电气室设计的系统较多,也是全场电缆出线源头,因此也对这两种不通的安装地点进行不同的考虑。
